IN THE MATTER OF a finding of material injury of the Anti-dumping Tribunal dated January 19, 1984, respecting:

PLATE COILS, FULLY OR PARTIALLY MANUFACTURED, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF PLATE COILS MANUFACTURED BY DEAN PRODUCTS, INC., BROOKLYN, NEW YORK, ORIGINATING IN OR EXPORTED FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (ADT-12-83)

D E C I S I O N

On March 23, 1989, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal issued a Notice of Expiry (LE-89-014) relating to the aforementioned finding. Having received no representations in support of a review and continuation of the said finding, and being satisfied that a review is not warranted, the Tribunal has decided not to initiate a review of the finding.

The finding will, therefore, expire as of November 30, 1989, pursuant to subsection 76(5) of of the Special Import Measures Act.
