AND FURTHER TO a decision of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal to inquire into the complaint pursuant to subsection 30.13(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act:

AND FURTHER TO a motion filed by the Department of Global Affairs on April 21, 2016, pursuant to rule 24 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Rules requesting that the Canadian International Trade Tribunal dismiss the complaint on the grounds that it does not have jurisdiction to conduct an inquiry or, alternatively, cease the inquiry on the grounds that the complaint is trivial, frivolous or vexatious.
