The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) has received complaints from Enterasys Networks of Canada Ltd. (Enterasys), of Thornhill, Ontario, concerning procurements (Solicitation Nos. B8217-090660/A [RVD636], 45045-090105/A [RVD650], 45045-090104/A [RVD651], C1111-090828/A [RVD653], 45045-090101/A [RVD662], W6369-10DE70/A [RVD663], 45045-090122/A [RVD666], M9010-105184/A [RVD670] T8086-090909/A [RVD672], U6158-097064/A [RVD680], and EN869-103932/A [RVD684]) by the Department of Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC). The solicitations are for the provision of networking equipment. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal has decided to conduct an inquiry into the complaints.

Enterasys alleges that PWGSC improperly conducted the above-noted solicitations.
