1. What information will I be required to enter when I register?
Although you do not need to register with the Tribunal to use the Secure E-filing Service the following information is required:
Once this information has been entered, you will be able to upload documents from your computer to the Tribunal's secure Web site.
2. How do I file documents?
To submit a file:
To remove any unwanted files, check the box next to the file that you want to remove and click on "Delete".
Once you have submitted this information, you will receive a confirmation and an e-mail which will be sent to the address you previously provided.
3. Whenever I try to download a document (zip or PDF format), the browser launches the application instead. What do I do?
The preferences set up inside your browser software are not configured to allow downloading. This setup is a local configuration and has nothing to do with the Tribunal's Web site configuration.
4. How can I verify if the Java component has been successfully installed on my computer?
The following link will permit you to verify if everything has been successfully installed and if you are ready to use the Tribunal's Secure E-filing Service: http://java.com/en/download/installed.jsp.
5. What format should I use when transferring files to the Tribunal?
The authorized formats are PDF (portable data format), TXT (Windows text file), RTF (rich text format) or any Microsoft Office Suite compatible format.
