    This section provides tables and public versions of responses by the Tribunal to questions on the product description for each class of goods. The responses provided by the Tribunal are intended to guide the collection of data in the questionnaire responses and may not reflect the interpretation of the product description for other purposes, such as for any potential future enforcement measures or other proceedings. The Tribunal will update this section as needed until May 29, 2026.

    Q1: Should components that are imported separately either from the finished good (whether assembled or unassembled) or from full ready-to-assemble furniture, and provided as standalone replacement parts, be included in the questionnaire responses?

    A1: Wood components imported separately as replacement parts should be included in the questionnaire data.

    Q2: How is “substantially composed of engineered wood” to be determined?

    A2: Parties should refer to the product description as a whole and consider such things as the function and composition of the good and its components in order to determine whether the good should be included in the questionnaire data.

    Q3: Does “tables” refer to dining tables specifically?

    A3: The term “tables” concerns any type of table not otherwise listed, including dining tables. Questionnaire data should therefore include all tables with drawers or storage, as provided in the product description.

    Q4: What qualifies as “storage furniture”?

    A4: As indicated in the product description, the subject goods are “[w]ood furniture for domestic purposes that is used in whole or in part for storage”. Accordingly, the questionnaire data should include all furniture meeting the product description that contains open and/or closed storage.

    Q5: Do storage cabinets with both open and closed compartments qualify?
